However, this period may be extended for an equal amount of time, which must be notified through the indicated means, stating the reasons for said extension, in accordance with Article 32 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. If your request is deemed valid, the response will be provided within 15 calendar days following the date on which the validity is communicated.
